Return policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from return. These products:
-Gift Cards
-Custom made products
-Wholesale production products
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
-Objects with obvious signs of use
-Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons not due to our error.
-Any items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately and will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Incomplete Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to officially post. Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is issued.

Discount
Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, you will be sent a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you must send an email to info@nu29.co. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
